By using Mergio, you agree not to use the tools provided for any unlawful purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you hold the necessary rights and permissions for any files you process. Mergio is a client-side tool, meaning you retain full ownership and liability for your content.
Client-Side Nature & No Backups
Mergio operates exclusively within your web browser. We do not store, host, or backup any of your files. Consequently, if you close your browser or experience a crash before saving your processed files, your data may be lost. We cannot recover any files for you.
Intellectual Property & Copyright
You may not process files that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. Mergio is provided for personal and legitimate business use. Any copyright infringement resulting from the use of Mergio is the sole responsibility of the user.
Limitation of Liability & No Warranty
Mergio is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to file integrity, accuracy of conversions, or uninterrupted service. In no event shall the creators of Mergio be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service.
